Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Oncofiles (oncofiles.com), operated by Instarea s.r.o. ("we", "us").

1. Service Description

Oncofiles is a medical document management tool that connects to your Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar to organize health records and make them accessible through AI chat. It is designed for cancer patients and their caregivers.

2. Not Medical Advice

Oncofiles is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It organizes and presents your existing medical documents. All medical decisions should be made with your healthcare providers. AI-generated summaries and analyses are for informational purposes only.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your medical documents and data. Oncofiles accesses your Google services only with your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Account and Access

• You must have a Google account to use Oncofiles
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bearer tokens and credentials
• Free tier: up to 200 documents per patient

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Oncofiles for purposes other than personal medical document management
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or abuse the API
• Use the service for commercial medical data processing without authorization

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Oncofiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss beyond what is stored in your Google Drive (which we do not modify or delete).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email.
